We glaze a photograph onto a white bone china plate, together with the wording you want. Many customers ask us to print a photograph onto a plate; printing is not permanent, we glaze the photo onto the china which is permanent. The finish is just like your dinner plate or coffee mug at home – the process is the same. The ‘photograph’ doesn’t have to be an 
actual photograph; if you have your own design we can use that.
You can choose from any of the plate styles shown on other pages: the plain white bone china plate; the same plate with 2 gold or silver bands; or with a blue, pink or yellow rims.
A lined gift box is available as an optional extra.
Our plates measure 8 inches/20cm in diameter. Technically we can glaze onto larger plates but we do not do so as the stands in the kiln that hold our plates take just the one size.
Price: From £22.50 depending on the plate style and whether or not you require a gift box. Postage for one plate is £3.00. The cost of glazing a photograph onto a plate is higher than one of our stock designs and the price reflects this.
Delivery: Your plate will be posted in 2-3 working days following receipt of your order.
How To Order:
- Tell us the plate style you would like and whether or not you want a gift box by clicking on your choice in the drop-dwon box below.
- Type the wording in the text box. We will lay out the wording in the same way as in the examples shown on the website. If you want to give us speciafic instructions type those in brackets, or use // to denote a line break.
- Click on the ‘Order’ button. This will take you to our shopping cart where you can arrange delivery and payment.
- Don’t forget to send the photo! To do this complete the form on the Contact Us page – you can upload an image to our server.
