Privacy: – We will not share your name or address with any other person or organisation. If you buy at our website we do not get to see your card details. Your name and address will be held on our shopping cart and automatically erased after 8 weeks. If you place your order by telephone your card details will be shredded as soon as payment has been taken.
Delivery: It takes time to decorate china. Your order will be posted 2-3 working days after receipt. Sometimes the firing isn’t perfect, in which case we make another but that takes another couple of days. If there is likely to be a delay we will let you know.
Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund.
